Mushwaar reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must promptly discontinue all use of the Services.
- Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Mushwaar disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mushwaar does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mushwaar, its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not Mushwaar has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mushwaar, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar. You agree that the courts of Qatar shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

Mushwaar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify you through the Services or by other means, such as email. By continuing to access or use the Services after we have posted the modified Terms or provided you with notice of the changes, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to stop using the Services.
- Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Mushwaar regarding the use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term or condition.
